In addition to our traditional Habitat homes, we now offer Cottages, designed for single individuals, especially seniors 55 and over.

Our Cottages feature raised ceilings, extra storage, accessible design, and energy-efficient utilities. Each one-bedroom, one-bath home includes a combination living/dining and kitchen area, a front porch, and exterior storage. This new homeownership program aims to provide safe, affordable, and accessible housing for very low-income seniors in Georgetown County.
