In 2024, Habitat for Humanity of Georgetown County began building HOPE -- a 40 ft. x 8 ft. shipping container being transformed into a fully functional home for individuals in Georgetown County earning as little as $15,500 annually.

This innovative home will feature insulated panels, a full kitchen, a bathroom with both a shower and tub, and a comfortable 1-bedroom layout. HOPE represents a safe, affordable housing solution for our community.
