Our Habitat homes are built with volunteer labor at an average cost of $75,000 to $120,000 and sold to qualifying families with an affordable, no-profit mortgage. Financial support comes from generous individuals, businesses, foundations, religious and civic groups, and our ReStore."

To qualify, families must earn between 35% and 80% of the area median income in Georgetown County, be able to repay a 30-year affordable mortgage, and commit to 200 or 300 hours of sweat equity with Habitat. We uphold a non-discriminatory family selection policy and adhere to all federal Fair Housing Act regulations.
